Welcome to Managira, an educational management platform designed to help schools, educators, and the general public efficiently manage student performance, communication, and school administration. By accessing or using Managira, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Services -
Managira provides schools, educators, and authorized users with tools to track student progress, manage administrative tasks, and facilitate communication between educational institutions and families. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

3. Eligibility -

• You must be an authorized representative of a school, an educator, or a family member granted access by a school.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity conducted under your account.
• If you are a school administrator, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the institution.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Schools must register an account to use Managira and ensure that their provided information is accurate.
• You agree not to share your login credentials and to notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.
• Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform’s functionality, compromises data security, or violates laws and regulations.

5. Permitted Use of the Platform

• Schools can add, manage, and remove teachers, students, and events as needed.
• Teachers may upload and manage student performance records solely for educational purposes.
• Families may access authorized student records and must use this information responsibly.
• Users may not misuse the platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All trademarks, content, designs, and software on Managira remain the property of Managira or its licensors.
• Users are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use the platform solely for educational purposes.
• Copying, modifying, or distributing any platform content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

• Schools retain ownership of all student records and data entered into the platform.
• By using Managira, schools grant us a license to use the data as necessary to provide platform services.
• We respect user privacy and adhere to strict data protection policies, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Managira shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Unauthorized access to user accounts or data breaches caused by third parties.
• Errors, interruptions, or data losses that may occur while using the platform.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

• Managira reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the platform at any time.
• Accounts found violating these Terms may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.
• Upon termination, all provisions related to data ownership, privacy, and legal disclaimers will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms
