Overview

Use this flow when registering a new school on Managira for the first time. This guide walks you through the simple steps of signing up as a first-time user and getting your school portal ready to use.

💡 Tip: Have your organization details and proof of existence (such as a registration certificate or official document) ready before you begin. This will help speed up the registration process.


Register Your School

  1. Open the Sign In page and click Create an Account to begin the registration process
  2. Select a service plan based on your organization's needs and choose your preferred billing cycle.
  3. Complete the registration form with your school's details.
  4. Upload proof of existence — this is an official document confirming your school or organization is legally registered. Once uploaded, complete the payment process to finalize your registration.

Once registration is complete, an email with a welcome message and a starter pack guide will be sent to you automatically. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get your organization set up and running.


Complete First-Time Setup

After registration, sign in to your school portal and follow the steps below to customize your school profile:

  1. Sign in to your school portal using the credentials created during registration
  2. Click the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner of your screen and select Settings from the dropdown — or simply follow the on-screen instructions that will guide you through the setup
  3. Open Customize School to personalize your portal. Here you can configure:
    • School Name — your official school or organization name
    • Logo — upload your school's logo to brand your portal
    • Nickname — a short name or abbreviation for your school
    • Theme & Font — choose colors and fonts that match your school's identity

Take your time to set these up the way you need so your portal looks and feels exactly as intended.

Hub Registration

Hub Accounts are designed for institutions that manage multiple schools or branches under a single organizational umbrella. This could include:

  • A national or regional education body
  • A group of affiliated schools
  • A single school with multiple campuses or branches

With a Hub Account, your organization can:

  • Enable shared data — progress and improvements from one school can be shared as tips and insights with underperforming schools
  • Track progress across all schools from one central place, giving leadership a full picture of performance organization-wide
