This guide covers the most common issues schools can resolve without waiting for support.

Attendance problems

  • If attendance is saving under the wrong period, verify the current term.
  • If a class does not appear, check class assignment, enrollment, and permissions.

Class or subject visibility problems

  • Confirm the class belongs to the active school year.
  • Check that the subject is assigned to the class and the student is enrolled correctly.

Report generation problems

  • Check that grades are entered and the grading system is configured.
  • Confirm the selected term is correct before generating the report.

Login issues

  • Use the forgot-password flow first.
  • Verify that the user is logging in on the correct school or guardian URL.

Plan-gated feature issues

  • If a feature is hidden or locked, confirm the current subscription plan and billing status.
  • If the plan should include the feature, contact support for review.
